Inspirational Headteacher, International educational consultant, trainer and coach with over 25 years of experience leading and developing outstanding schools and high-performance teams.

“With years of experience Victoria's passion for her job is obvious, and even more so about the children, and she loves to share her knowledge with others. It was inspiring to listen to her and I took much away from the course and implemented change to my practice immediately.”

Teacher, Sunny View School, Spain

After leading outstanding schools, most recently as Head of Bedales Pre prep, I am excited to offer my services directly to schools. I can help you by delivering bespoke training and professional development and providing educational consulting and coaching.

  • Delivering Training Courses

I deliver a wide range of bespoke training and continued professional development workshops to suit individual school settings. My courses are engaging, interactive, and inspiring, and call upon the latest pedagogical research. I focus on creating meaningful connections and relationships in schools and within their communities to make positive, lasting change.

  • Providing Educational Consulting

I support schools by providing specifically tailored educational consulting for teachers, leaders, and managers, modelling, in-service training, and targeted development. I strive to support schools and teachers in making their teaching and environments more inclusive, consistent, and successful for children of all ages.

“The training with Victoria was truly beneficial. With her support, teaching experience and recommendations we have been able to serve our students better than ever and have seen a true improvement in our practice and the children’s achievements.”

Zahra, Director, Learning Centre, Bahrain

“Victoria is the kind of teacher who isn’t simply pursuing a career, but brings with her the treasures of a genuine, rich & deep enquiry into what helps children thrive & learn in the most efficient and joyful of ways.

When she was head at my daughter’s school, I saw a clear difference in both the environment she created, the school felt vibrant and exciting under her stewardship, and also in my child’s learning. Teaching reading is Victoria’s passion and it was a game changer for my daughters integration of key aspects of learning to read and write, & in a matter of 2 weeks, it was as if all the basics had been learnt. And I have to admit: with absolute minimum input from me.

I feel truly grateful that I can still reach out to Victoria in her new role as a educational consultant, & how my daughter always asks to speak with her. Having Victoria as her headteacher has been one of my daughters educational highlights and I think her input will add similar value to any child’s life, as it has mine.”

  • Bedales Prep prep, Head of Dunannie 2018-2020

“Work of Each for Weal of All” is Bedales’ motto, and I strived to implement its spirit during my time here, coaching and training all staff and leading significant change to leadership and staffing structures with cross-school continuing professional development. I developed cross-curricular planning to represent the “Head, Hand, Heart” approach, with focus on mental health and well-being and harmony in nature.

  • Westbourne House, Head 2014-2018

At this award-winning school in Chichester, I implemented a new teaching approach for English and maths, and introduced the Forest School. We achieved “Outstanding ISI Inspection” in Early Years Foundation Stage. I assisted in redesigning and rebuilding classrooms and offices, and created family events for the community.

  • Kew Green - Director of Studies 2010-2012

At this highly creative, artistic and musical co-educational independent school in Kew, London, I introduced a new and revised curriculum and taught in both KS1 and KS2. I monitored and appraised the performances of teachers and analysed assessment and work to ensure high standards were met.

  • Cumnor House, Head 2000-2010

“Aim High, Be Kind, Dare to be Different”: This school’s motto resonated with me. I taught across the entire primary-age range from Nursery to Year 6. Completed my NPQH and ISI Inspector training and achieved ‘Outstanding’ ISI Inspection in Early Years Foundation Stage. Participated in GTP programme and teachers passed their QTS under my mentorship.
